The Pedaling Priest in in Sleepy Hollow country. He left from Boonville this morning and passed through Old Fringe traveling on South Lake Road. He is in the Middle of the Adirondack Mountains. 10 more days to go!
Day 45.
I wasn't sure which way to travel so this rustic Adirondack sign on Moose River Road west of Old Forge showed me the way.
Vacation cottages around Old Forge have interesting names and signage. This one especially caught my eye.
No longer on a bike but paddling a canoe instead! View of Blue Mountain Lake near the Adirondack lodge where I know I'll get a good nights rest.
The main lodge where I'm staying was built in 1880 and is a fascinating old rustic place to spend a lazy evening.
I love the hand painted signs welcoming visitors to these beautiful old communities.
